Simplex Algorithm is a Domestic Non-Profit Corporation registered in the state of Arkansas. Simplex is exclusively owned by Murphy (90%) and Rokas Oginskis (10%). The company does not anticipate bringing on new owners in the foreseeable future.
Management of Universal Tobacco would be accomplished by two full-time store managers. During an average day of operation, each store requires only one individual per store. In the past, accounting, billing, inventory, and all other bookkeeping were done by Lekendrick Murphy. However, management realizes that this has been one of the company's biggest weaknesses and has lead to inefficiencies, prolonged collection periods, and overall loss of profits. In order to solve this problem, Universal Tobacco will outsource much of these tasks to a professional bookkeeping firm.
