Advance Order Program

Advanced pre-release ordering is available for selected titles. If you live in the U.S. and would like to receive your music selection on or about release date, please place your order with standard shipping no later than 10 days in advance of release.

RUSH orders will arrive by release date if placed by 10 AM PST the Thursday prior to the release date. Standard orders after this date will arrive approximately 5 daysafter the release date.

If you are an International customer, you will not receive your new release order for the US Release Date. Once you receive your shipment confirmation email it will take approximately 3-4 weeks from that date for your order to arrive.

If your order includes other products that are actually in-stock and not advanced order, these items will process and ship immediately.

Returns and Exchanges

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please return the product within 30 days of receipt following the Return/Exchange Instructions below. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund. If you have ordered incorrectly or are not happy with your purchase, please follow the Return/Exchange Instructions below. On these returns, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. In either case, absolutely no COD returns will be accepted.

How you would like us to handle your return or exchange, We highly recommend that the items be returned to us using a mail service which provides
tracking or insurance. Once your return has been received by us, we will credit your credit card accordingly.
